Routed Signs

We will provide for you an in depth look at the design process. We have taken one of our recently completed signs and broken it down into the steps it took to make it.

 

Step 1

The Creative Process, we'll show you how we combined designs from a customers existing sign, and created a new sign for their second location.

Preparing for the Router, we'll take you through the different computer programs we had to use in order to make the new design compatible for the router machine.

The Routing Process, we'll show you how the router cut out the pieces we needed for the sign and how we assembled the finished product.

The Painting Process, we'll give you an idea of how much detail can be put into a sign, and how this process ultimately makes the sign come to life.
